Michail Antonio closing in on West Ham United switch

Nottingham Forest winger Michail Antonio reveals that he is close to joining West Ham United.

Nottingham Forest winger Michail Antonio has revealed that he is close to joining West Ham United.

The two clubs are believed to have agreed a £7m fee for the 25-year-old winger, who scored 14 goals for Forest in the Championship last season.

Antonio has confirmed that he has undergone a medical at Upton Park but the deal is yet to be completed.

"It's not final yet but it looks positive," he told Sky Sports News.

"Everything's not really done. The medical seems fine so hopefully once the staff get back to me then find out everything's done."

Antonio joined Forest from Sheffield Wednesday for £1.5m last summer.
