West Ham United's first game at the Olympic Stadium will be against Juventus on August 7.
The Premier League outfit will move into their new ground in Stratford this summer, ending a 112-year stint at the Boleyn Ground.
The Hammers will mark their move to the Olympic Stadium with a friendly against Juventus, who have a 12-point lead at the top of the Serie A table.
"It's amazing," West Ham captain Mark Noble told Sky Sports News. "Juventus is a club full of history and I think it suits the stadium that our first game here will be against them.
"I am pretty sure the fans will be excited now. I know we are for sure. To get in here and play the first game on what will be an amazing pitch in front of a full house will be really exciting."
West Ham's final game at the Boleyn Ground will be their penultimate Premier League game of the season against Manchester United on May 10.
