Zoltan Gera is expected to return to his former club West Bromwich Albion on free transfer.
The 32-year-old is understood to have agreed terms for a two-year deal with the option for a third, and will undergo a medical for the club after his Fulham contract expired today.
Earlier reports had suggested that Gera’s future would lie either at the Hawthorns or an unnamed Italian club.
The move will reunite the Hungarian international with Baggies manager Roy Hodgson, who had signed him to Fulham in 2008 during his managerial stint there.
