Wigan Athletic in for West Bromwich Albion defender Craig Dawson?

Wigan Athletic reportedly express an interest in signing West Bromwich Albion defender Craig Dawson on loan for the rest of the season.

Wigan Athletic are reportedly interested in signing Craig Dawson on loan for the rest of the season from West Bromwich Albion.

The 23-year-old has made just one Premier League appearance for the Baggies this season and first-team opportunities aren't expected to improve under new boss Pepe Mel.

According to SportsDirect News, Wigan are interested in signing him for the second half of the campaign like Bolton Wanderers did last season.

The Trotters could also come in for the defender with just five days of the January transfer window remaining.
