West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke is reportedly trying to lure goalkeeper Michael Rensing to the Hawthorns after failing to sign Ben Foster.

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly begun their pursuit of former Bayern Munich goalkeeper Michael Rensing.

The Baggies are believed to be keen on the 28-year-old after reportedly failing to secure Birmingham City keeper Ben Foster on a permanent deal.

It is understood that new manager Steve Clarke is interested in bringing Rensing to the Hawthorns as a replacement, according to The Express.

Meanwhile, reports have also claimed that the former Liverpool first-team coach has targeted a loan agreement for Tottenham Hotspur youngster Danny Rose.
