Ben Foster has said that West Bromwich Albion are aiming for a top-half finish in the Premier League this season.
The Baggies take on Southampton at St Mary's on Saturday having recorded their first win in nine outings against Newcastle United on New Year's Day.
"Back-to-back wins would be massive," the 30-year-old goalkeeper told the club's official website.
"There are seven or eight teams that could shoot into the top half of the table with two or three wins in a row and open up a gap to the relegation zone.
"Mentally, seeing yourself in the top half of the table is a huge boost. It's what we need to do."
The Midlands club are currently 14th, six points off ninth-placed Saints.
