Half-Time Report: Eden Hazard pegs West Bromwich Albion back

Eden Hazard heads Chelsea back level after West Brom had gone ahead through Shane Long at The Hawthorns.

West Bromwich Albion have had the better of the play but are being held by Chelsea at The Hawthorns.

Early on Daniel Sturridge scuffed wide as Chelsea looked to dominate but it was West Brom who took the lead.

James Morrison dug out a cross that found Shane Long, who had evaded David Luiz's marking to head past Petr Cech.

The Blues' changed playmaking trio of Victor Moses, Daniel Sturridge and Eden Hazard couldn't test Boaz Myhill as Juan Mata and Oscar watched on from the bench.

Third-placed Chelsea equalised against the run of play six minutes before the interval when Cesar Azpilicueta picked out Hazard at the back post. The Belgian's header may have been saved by Myhill but for the diversion of Billy Jones.
