Team News: Laurent Blanc makes two changes while Ukraine keep same starting XI

France make two changes to their starting lineup with Gael Clichy and Jeremy Menez entering the fray, while Ukraine remain unchanged for the Group D clash.

France manager Laurent Blanc has left Manchester United defender Patrice Evra and Chelsea forward Florent Malouda out of his side to face Ukraine this evening.

The two sides go head to head in the second round of Group D with two fresh faces in Manchester City full-back Gael Clichy and Jeremy Menez.

Clichy's club teammate Samir Nasri retains his spot in France's starting XI, which may come as a surprise to some, who believed that the playmaker would be demoted to the bench.

As for Ukraine, Andriy Shevchencko, who scored a brace in his side's 2-1 victory over Sweden on Monday, does keep his spot up front in an unchanged side.

Ukraine: Pyatov; Khacheridi, Mykhalyk, Selin, Gusev; Konoplyanka, Nazarenko, Tymoshchuk; Shevchenko, Voronin, Yarmolenko

France: Lloris; Clichy, Debuchy, Mexes, Rami; Cabaye, Diarra, Menez, Nasri; Ribery, Benzema
