Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has declared that he wants to sign another striker before the transfer window closes.
Laudrup broke Swansea's transfer record to sign Ivory Coast forward Wilfried Bony earlier this summer, but has conceded that he is searching for a different kind of attacking option for his squad.
He told Sky Sports News: "I think we still need another striker, another kind of striker, but apart from that I really don't know.
"If nothing more happens, and by happens I mean if none of the regulars leave the squad, then I think maybe only one player would be enough. We still have 30-something days."
Swansea continued their pre-season preparations with a 3-0 win over Reading this afternoon, with Michu, Jonjo Shelvey and Pablo Hernandez all on target at the Madejski Stadium.
