Wilfried Bony coy on Swansea City future

Swansea City striker Wilfried Bony fuels speculation of a move away from the Liberty Stadium by failing to commit his future to the club.

Swansea City marksman Wilfried Bony has fuelled speculation of a move away from the Liberty Stadium by failing to commit his future to the club.

The Cote d'Ivorie international has struck 11 times for the Swans since sealing a club-record £12m switch to South Wales in the summer.

However, with Manchester United and Roma believed to be keen on the hitman, the 25-year-old - whose existing deal expires in 2017 - believes that speculation is par for the course for a prolific striker.

"As a striker, if you score, teams will be interested," the forward told reporters.

"I have three years left on my contract, we have five games left and then the World Cup, and we will see what happens then."

City host title challengers Chelsea on Sunday.
