Swansea City defender Ashley Williams believes that the Welsh outfit may be forced to lose manager Michael Laudrup in the future.
The Swans secured the services of the Danish boss for a further year last week, but Williams has claimed that Laudrup could leave if the right club comes along.
"He signed a new contract and I don't think any of us knew he was going to do that," BBC Sport quotes Williams as saying. "It was a nice surprise.
"We all know the gaffer could get an offer he feels he wants and the club want to take it. You never know what could happen. It's important we all try hard to stick together."
Swansea are ninth in the Premier League table following their 2-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
