Ben Davies passed fit for Swansea City

Swansea City defender Ben Davies is passed fit for the team's trip to Kuban Krasnodar in the Europa League on Thursday following an ankle injury.

Ben Davies has been passed fit for Swansea City's trip to Kuban Krasnodar in the Europa League on Thursday following an ankle injury.

The defender has missed the team's last three matches after suffering the problem against Sunderland last month.

"I'm back quicker than I thought," the 20-year-old told the club's official website.

"I've worked hard every day on my recovery because I've learnt that you only get out what you put in. As a result, I've virtually cut my rehabilitation time in half."

Swansea can take a big step towards the next round of the Europa League on Thursday if they beat Krasnodar in Russia.
