Dynamo Kiev manager Sergei Rebrov has insisted that he has heard no official news on Stoke City's alleged bid for Andriy Yarmolenko.
Reports in Ukraine on Friday suggested that the Potters were in talks with the midfielder over a move to the Britannia Stadium.
However, Rebrov has suggested that a move to Stoke would not be a right one for the player.
"I know nothing about this proposal, but I told him that if he goes, it should be to a team that is fighting for the Champions League," Football365.com quotes Rebrov as saying.
Yarmolenko joined Dynamo in 2007 from Desna Chernihiv.
