Stoke goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen is considering a new two-year contract at the club.
The Danish keeper's contract expires at the end of the season and he had planned to leave the club on a free next summer.
He has forced his way back into the team this season, however, and has hinted he could remain with the Potters.
"If I decide to try something now would be the time. If I stay on for another two years I'll be 38 when my contract ends. But, on the other hand, I'm doing fine here," said Sorensen.
Sorensen joined Stoke from Aston Villa in 2008.
