Tottenham Hotspur have announced that full-back Kyle Walker has committed his future to the club by signing a new five-year deal.
The 21-year-old has made an impressive impact at White Hart Lane this season after forcing himself into Harry Redknapp's side following loan stints at Aston Villa and Queens Park Rangers.
Walker, who was named the PFA Young Player of the Year last month, had been the subject of reported interest from Real Madrid in March.
Despite brief speculation over his future, Walker has proved his loyalty to the North London side by committing to stay with the club until 2017.
The full-back made his England international debut earlier this season and could be included in Roy Hodgson's side for Euro 2012.
