Tottenham Hotspur turn down Napoli's Etienne Capoue bid?

Tottenham Hotspur reject an initial offer of £8.25m from Napoli for midfielder Etienne Capoue, according to a report.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly rejected Napoli's bid for Etienne Capoue.

According to The Guardian, the Italian club made an offer of £8.25m for the 25-year-old midfielder, but Spurs wan £11.5m.

It has also been reported that Napoli initially tried for a loan deal for the France international, but were forced to make an offer due to Tottenham's stance of letting Capoue leave only on a permanent basis.

Capoue's agent, Mino Raiola, is believed to be in London to broker a deal between Spurs and Napoli.
