Tottenham Hotspur to make £6.5m profit on Lewis Holtby?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly likely to make a £6.5m profit on German midfielder Lewis Holtby by selling him to Fulham for £8m at the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly likely to make a £6.5m profit on German midfielder Lewis Holtby.

The 23-year-old joined Spurs for a fee of £1.5m from Schalke 04 just 12 months ago, but his future at White Hart Lane now appears to be bleak under current head coach Tim Sherwood.

According to The Mirror, Holtby will join London rivals Fulham on loan this week with a view to an £8m permanent move in the summer.

Holtby's only goal in 24 Premier League appearances came against Fulham in a 2-1 win for Spurs at Craven Cottage back in December.
