Real Madrid are reportedly planning to unveil potential world-record signing Gareth Bale at the Bernabeu next week.

Real Madrid are reportedly hoping to unveil potential new signing Gareth Bale at the Bernabeu next week.

The Spanish giants are said to have been in talks with the Premier League side over the last couple of weeks over a reported world-record transfer.

While Madrid are keen to unveil the prolific winger before the club's opening game against Real Betis on August 18, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is said to be determined to squeeze an offer of around £100m out of Madrid, according to the London Evening Standard.

It has been claimed that Levy and Madrid president Florentino Perez have been discussing the transfer in Miami.
