Tottenham Hotspur defender Sebastien Bassong has agreed to sign for Norwich City, according to reports.
Norwich City fell to a 5-0 defeat away at Fulham at the weekend and it appears that they have targeted Bassong to strengthen their defence, according to Sky Sports News.
The 26-year-old has only made 44 appearances in a three-year spell at White Hart Lane and it appears that he has been deemed surplus to requirements by manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Bassong spent the second half of last season on loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers but he could not prevent them from being relegated from the Premier League.
