Dele Alli and Matt Doherty are reportedly given the green light to leave Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window.

Tottenham Hotspur duo Dele Alli and Matt Doherty are reportedly both free to leave the club in the January transfer window.

Alli impressed in the Lilywhites' recent draw with Liverpool, but the playmaker is still widely expected to seek pastures new in 2022.

Meanwhile, Doherty is yet to start a Premier League game this season and has played just 54 minutes of top-flight football in total following the arrival of Emerson Royal.

As a result, the Evening Standard claims that both men have been given the green light to move elsewhere in January, with Alli likely to secure a loan transfer away from the club.

The report adds that Joe Rodon and Steven Bergwijn are also on the chopping block, with Antonio Conte keen to bolster his options up top and at right wing-back over the winter.

While Doherty has made just three substitute appearances in the Premier League this season, Alli has started seven top-flight games - six of which were under Nuno Espirito Santo.
