Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly held preliminary negotiations with Laurent Blanc over their current managerial vacancy.
Spurs have been seeking a new boss since deciding to part company with Harry Redknapp last week.
Earlier today speculation intensified that the North London club were keen to discuss the role with current France boss Blanc.
It has since emerged that the former Manchester United and Inter Milan defender has met with officials from Spurs, according to Sky Sports News.
However, it is also believed that Blanc is just one of a number of candidates that the club are considering.
