Burnley boss Sean Dyche describes Tottenham Hotspur as "a very fine side" ahead of the Premier League clash between the two teams on Saturday evening.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has said that Tottenham Hotspur will not have suffered much from their 4-1 defeat at Manchester City last weekend.

Spurs remain outside of the top four in the Premier League table as a result of the setback, with City recording their 16th successive win in the top flight.

However, Dyche has acknowledged that Spurs remain "a very fine side" ahead of the meeting between the two teams at Turf Moor on Saturday evening.

The 46-year-old told reporters: "They are a very fine side, they are very capable technically and tactically, they have got a high energy level.

"They had a bit of a knock last week, but anyone can get a knock by Manchester City the form they are in, and generally, their form away has been a bit indifferent, but on any given day they are a top side so we know we are going to have to perform really well."

Burnley head into the match in the North-West with a one-point advantage over the North London outfit.
