Report: Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has £10m buyout clause

Any club wanting to poach highly-rated head coach Mauricio Pochettino from Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly have to fork out £10m.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino reportedly has a £10m buyout clause in his contract should any clubs want to prise him away from White Hart Lane.

The 44-year-old has impressed during his time in England, first with Southampton and now with Spurs, who are fighting for the Premier League title.

With seven games of the season to go, Spurs, who have not won the top division title for 55 years, are five points behind surprise leaders Leicester City.

Spurs had to pay £2m to get the Argentine from Southampton and, according to The Sun, anyone wanting to do similar this time around will have to fork out five times that amount.
