Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane insists that his side's next three games are "must-wins" as Spurs sit 13 points adrift of the Premier League top spot.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has insisted that his side's next three games are "must-wins" as Spurs sit one point outside the Premier League's top four.

Kane rescued a point for Mauricio Pochettino's side against West Bromwich Albion, after Salomon Rondon had given the Baggies the lead in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Wembley.

The result left Tottenham 13 points behind leaders Manchester City ahead of the club's fixtures against Leicester City, Watford and Stoke City.

"It was a bad start to give [West Brom] a goal because after that, all they were going to do was try to hold onto that," Kane told the Evening Standard.

"When you give a team like that, who haven't been playing great, something to hold on to, they'll do everything they can to get something out of the game. That's what they did. Our start was particularly frustrating.

"We've found ourselves quite a way behind the top of the table and we have to find a way to claw that back. We have three games coming up which are must-wins."

England international Kane's goal against Gary Megson's team was his 40th club goal in 2017.
