"Business as usual" for Tim Sherwood

Tim Sherwood claims that it is "business as usual" following speculation that he will be sacked by Tottenham in the summer.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood has claimed that it is "business as usual" following speculation that he will be sacked at the end of the season.

It was reported on Monday afternoon that the 45-year-old is to leave the club in the summer even though he has one year left on his contract at White Hart Lane.

Sherwood is due to take charge of Spurs this evening (Monday) when they host Sunderland in the Premier League.

"I can't say much right now," the former midfielder told Sky Sports News. "What I will say is that it's business as usual tonight."

Sherwood joined Tottenham on an 18-month deal back in December following the departure of Andre Villas-Boas.
