Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Jordan Archer feels that he is learning a lot from his loan stint at Wycombe Wanderers.

Jordan Archer has admitted that he has benefited from his loan spell with Wycombe Wanderers.

The 19-year-old joined the League Two outfit from Tottenham Hotspur on a temporary basis in September 2012 until January, which has since been extended until the end of the current campaign.

Reflecting on his stint at Adams Park so far, the goalkeeper believes that he will become a better player for the experience.

"I have played 30 games there now so that has been good for my development. As a young keeper, playing games is the most important thing," PA Sport quotes him as saying. "Jack Butland is the only other 19-year-old playing in the Football League so getting games of that quality at this age is good.

"In league football, everyone is playing for their future. The pressure of going out and getting three points every week is different. That transition has really helped.

"Playing reserve football for Spurs is good but there is more importance added to every game in the Football League. There are added pressures and more fans and I have enjoyed every game."

Archer recently signed a new contract with Spurs until the summer of 2015.
