Graziano Pelle aiming to maintain goalscoring form

Six-goal Southampton hitman Graziano Pelle aims to maintain his impressive goalscoring record throughout the entirety of his debut Premier League season.

Southampton hitman Graziano Pelle is hopeful that he can maintain his impressive goalscoring form for the duration of the 2014-15 campaign.

Pelle continues to impress in his maiden season in England as he took his haul to six Premier League goals by scoring twice in the 8-0 demolition of Sunderland on Saturday.

"It is an amazing week, [but] I always convince myself that it is never enough. I will not relax until the end of the competition," he told reporters.

"I want to do better and better both personally and for the team. We know we are not first in the league and I am not top-scorer, so we have to keep going and reach the top."

The 29-year-old is three goals adrift of Chelsea's Diego Costa and Manchester City marksman Sergio Aguero in the Golden Boot stakes.
