Sheffield Wednesday line up Liam Bridcutt move?

A report suggests that Sheffield Wednesday are lining up a move to sign Sunderland midfielder Liam Bridcutt.

Sheffield Wednesday are considering a move for Sunderland midfielder Liam Bridcutt, according to a report.

The 26-year-old was linked with a move away from the Stadium of Light this summer, and is yet to feature for the Black Cats this season.

Owls boss Carlos Carvalhal is seeking to bolster his squad before the end of the transfer window and is eyeing a swoop for the Scotland international, reports HITC Sport.

Bridcutt joined Sunderland from Brighton & Hove Albion in January 2014.
