Sheffield United have announced that Simon Moore has penned a new contract at Bramall Lane, with the club confirming that they have rejected bids for the goalkeeper this summer.
Moore has spent the last two seasons with the Blades, making a total of 64 appearances in all competitions, and the form of the 28-year-old has allegedly led to interest from West Bromwich Albion.
However, the Yorkshire outfit offered the stopper a fresh deal and that has resulted in terms being agreed until 2021.
Manager Chris Wilder told the club's official website: "Simon was coming towards the end of his contract, so we're delighted to tie him down because he's done fantastically well for this football club.
"We need competition in that department and we're fortunate to have three goalkeepers in Dean, Simon and Jake that are all pushing each other."
The Championship side brought in Dean Henderson on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United earlier this summer, while Jake Eastwood has progressed through the academy.
