UEFA president Michel Platini has described last night's scenes in Belgrade as "inexcusable" after a scuffle broke out between players representing Serbia and Albania.
The Group I Euro 2016 qualifier was abandoned after a small drone carrying an Albanian flag was flown over the stands and the pitch.
Serbia's Stefan Mitrovic pulled the flag down, which caused a number of physical exchanges between players on the field.
Some supporters also descended onto the pitch brandishing plastic chairs during the match, which Albanian away fans were not allowed to attend.
"Football is supposed to bring people together and our game should not be mixed with politics of any kind," said Platini. "The scenes in Belgrade last night were inexcusable."
Some reports have claimed that Olsi Rama, who is the brother of Albanian prime minister Edi Rama, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the flag stunt.
