Sinisa Mihajlovic: 'Samuel Eto'o showed a lack of respect'

Sampdoria head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic claims that Samuel Eto'o showed him a lack of respect by skipping a training session.

Sampdoria head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has claimed that Samuel Eto'o showed him a lack of respect by skipping a training session on Monday.

Eto'o only joined the Serie A club from Everton last week, but it has been reported that his future there is in doubt after he left the training ground to visit family in Milan.

"In order to have a row, you need two people and quite frankly Eto'o did everything himself," Miha told Sport Mediaset.

"He just left. He told the club and it is certainly a grave lack of respect towards me and the entire team.

"I don't know what the club intends to do. That is the only truth of the matter."

Mihajlovic ordered a double training session as a reaction to Sunday's 5-1 defeat to Torino.
