Inter Milan are apparently nearing the season-long loan capture of Rubin Kazan midfielder Yann M'Vila.
The French international had consistently been linked with a move to the Premier League before he swapped Rennes for Russia in 2013 in a £9.6m transfer.
He is now believed to be looking for a switch to a Champions League club, but previous admirers Arsenal and Liverpool appear to have cooled their interest in the 24-year-old.
However, Sky Sports News understands that Inter are very keen to sign M'Vila, and are close to agreeing an initial loan deal with Rubin that would include an option to buy permanently.
M'Vila has made 22 appearances for France, but was left out of their squad for the 2014 World Cup.
