Erik Lamela urges his teammates to be more consistent for Roma to start pushing up the Serie A table.

Roma midfielder Erik Lamela has said that the Rome club has to start winning more regularly if they are to push into the European places in Serie A.

Lamela has been frustrated that he and his teammates have been unable to "express" themselves as they had hoped.

"We have not been able to express ourselves as we'd like, for us or the fans," ANSA quotes Lamela as saying.

"We have to start winning regularly and truly believe in what we are doing. That is the only way we can reach the Champions League."

Lamela has impressed with 11 goals in 19 appearances this season for Roma.
