Giovanni Trapattoni names the Republic of Ireland team for the first leg of their Euro 2012 playoff against Estonia on Friday.

Giovanni Trapattoni has named the Republic of Ireland side for the first leg of their Euro 2012 playoff against Estonia on Friday.

Shay Given will start in goal, despite recently struggling with a neck injury, while Trapattoni will decide on Friday morning whether to play Jonathan Walters or Simon Cox.

Ireland are bidding to qualify for their first international tournament since the 2002 World Cup.
