Gareth Bale 'refusing to leave Real Madrid'

Gareth Bale makes it clear to Real Madrid that he is not interested in leaving the Spanish giants this summer, according to a report.

Gareth Bale has reportedly made it clear to Real Madrid that he is not interested in leaving the Spanish giants during this summer's transfer window.

Bale has reportedly been told by Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane that he will not be in his plans next season.

The Wales international still has three years left to run on his contract in Madrid, however, and various reports have claimed that the attacker collects in excess of £600,000 a week.

According to Cadena SER, despite the arrivals of Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic, which could push Bale further down the pecking order, the former Tottenham Hotspur left-back does not want to leave.

The report claims that both Bale and his agent have made it clear that the attacker will be on the club's pre-season tour of the United States ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.

The reported Manchester United target scored just just eight La Liga goals for Madrid last term.
