Saturday's La Liga predictions including Real Madrid vs. Granada

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's La Liga fixtures, including Real Madrid vs. Granada.

Girona vs. Valencia (Saturday, 1.00pm)

Surprise package Girona will be aiming to return to winning ways on Saturday afternoon when they continue their La Liga campaign at home to Valencia.

The hosts were knocked off top spot by Real Madrid last weekend and were unable to return to the summit, as they drew 1-1 with Athletic Bilbao on Monday, while Valencia also shared the points with Celta Vigo in their last game, drawing 0-0 with Rafael Benitez's side on Saturday.

We say: Girona 1-1 Valencia

This is a testing period for Girona, as their winning momentum was broken last time out, and Valencia are not losing too many matches at the moment. It would not be a surprise to see Girona return to winning ways, but we have a feeling that Valencia will be good enough for a point on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Athletic Bilbao vs. Rayo Vallecano (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Athletic Bilbao will be aiming to stretch their unbeaten run of form to six matches when they welcome Rayo Vallecano to San Mames in La Liga on Saturday afternoon.

The Lions are currently fifth in the La Liga table, boasting 25 points from their opening 14 matches of the season, while Rayo are 10th, collecting 19 points from their first 14 games of 2023-24.

We say: Athletic Bilbao 2-1 Rayo Vallecano

Rayo have proven to be difficult to beat this season, and Athletic will be under no illusions of the size of the task facing them this weekend. We are expecting a very close match on Saturday but believe that Athletic's quality in the forward positions will allow them to secure a vital three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Real Madrid vs. Granada (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Real Madrid will be aiming to post a fifth straight victory in all competitions when they welcome a struggling Granada side to Bernabeu in Spain's top flight on Saturday evening.

Los Blancos are currently top of the La Liga table, level on points with second-placed Girona, while Granada sit down in 19th position, having only collected nine points from their opening 14 games of 2023-24.

We say: Real Madrid 3-0 Granada

Real Madrid have a number of injury problems at this moment in time, and Granada will certainly be the fresher of the two teams for this match.

Los Blancos have not lost to Granada in Spain's top flight since February 2013, though, winning the last 14 La Liga matches between them, and we are finding it very difficult to predict anything other than a comfortable success for the division leaders this weekend.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Osasuna vs. Real Sociedad (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Real Sociedad's pursuit of the top four in La Liga will continue on Saturday evening when they make the trip to an Osasuna side that have found it difficult during the 2023-24 campaign.

The visitors are currently sixth in the table, six points behind fourth-placed Barcelona, while Osasuna are down in 14th, only picking up 14 points from their opening 14 matches of the season.

We say: Osasuna 1-2 Real Sociedad

Osasuna will certainly be the fresher of the two teams, and the home side are capable of picking up a positive result this weekend. Real Sociedad are in good form at the moment, though, and we are expecting their superior quality, especially in the forward areas, to help them secure all three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.
