How Real Madrid could line up against Huesca

Sports Mole looks at how Real Madrid could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Huesca.

Real Madrid will be looking to record their third straight La Liga win when they welcome struggling Huesca to the Bernabeu on Sunday night.

Los Blancos have beaten Real Valladolid and Celta Vigo in their last two matches to move to within two points of second-placed Atletico Madrid, but they are still 12 points off division leaders Barcelona.

Zinedine Zidane made a winning start to his second spell in charge - a 2-0 home success over Celta Vigo before the international break.

The Madrid supporters will be demanding that their team finishes the campaign strongly, but there is no question that the club's attentions will already be on the 2019-2020 campaign.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how Los Blancos could line up against Huesca, who will be visiting the Bernabeu for the first time.

POSS RM XI vs. HUE

Out: Vinicius Junior (knee), Dani Carvajal (muscle)
Doubtful: Thibaut Courtois (unspecified)

Madrid are still without the services of Vinicius Junior and Dani Carvajal through injury, while Thibaut Courtois trained alone on Thursday and Friday after feeling some 'discomfort'.

As a result, Keylor Navas is expected to get the nod between the sticks once again, while Alvaro Odriozola should keep his spot at right-back.

Casemiro is back from a domestic suspension, while Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio should both keep their positions in the team despite Lucas Vazquez - a favourite of former head coach Santiago Solari - being available once again following injury.

Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane will start at the heart of the defence, while Marcelo is again expected to get the nod ahead of Sergio Reguilon on the left side of the back four.

Marcos Llorente has also recovered from an abductor injury and could feature for the first time since the middle of December.
