Tomorrow Real Madrid resume their Champions League campaign against CSKA Moscow tomorrow evening. Here, Sports Mole previews the fixture as Spain meets Russia.

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho heads into this week's Champions League encounter with CSKA Moscow attempting to win the famous trophy with a third club.

The Portuguese boss will be without winger Angel Di Maria for the trip to Russia, while Lassana Diarra will not travel because of a back complaint.

Hosts CSKA have not played for over two months because of the ongoing winter break in the Russian Premier League.

Despite the rest period, goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev has been unable to recover in time from a knee injury.

They will also not be able to call upon Brazilian striker Vagner Love, who returned to his homeland during the January transfer window.

Heading into the tie, CSKA have lost three of their last four European matches on home soil, while Madrid have won on their last two visits to Russia.
