Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has admitted that he is interested in signing Norwich City midfielder Leroy Fer.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Canaries following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
Despite claiming that he is unsure whether a deal will happen, Redknapp is keen on bringing the Netherlands international to Loftus Road this summer.
"He's a player we like but I don't know where that one is at the moment," he told Sky Sports News. "It's been ongoing for a while but there are other people as well that we are looking at.
"I think we need a couple of midfield players and we have got other targets we are looking at."
Norwich manager Neil Adams claimed on Monday that he was eager to keep Fer at Carrow Road for the upcoming season.
