Jonathan de Guzman joins Napoli

Former Swansea City loanee Jonathan de Guzman completes his move to Serie A outfit Napoli.

Jonathan de Guzman has finalised his switch from Villarreal to Napoli.

The Dutch international had spent the previous two seasons on loan with Swansea City and had been linked with a return to the Liberty Stadium, with Queens Park Rangers also thought to be interested.

However, he arrived in Naples last night for a medical which he has since passed, and this afternoon he signed a four-year contract with the Serie A club.

The 26-year-old made three appearances for the Netherlands at this summer's World Cup.ID:172174: cacheID:172174:1false2false3false:QQ:: from db desktop :LenBod:restore:1571:
