French striker Djibril Cisse finalises his move from Italian club Lazio to Queens Park Rangers.

Queens Park Rangers have completed the permanent signing of Djibril Cisse from Lazio.

The 30-year-old former Liverpool centre-forward has penned a two-and-a-half-year deal at Loftus Road.

"QPR have a hugely ambitious project," Cisse told the club's official website.

"When I talked to the manager [Mark Hughes], he spoke highly of the club and where he wants to take it over the next few years. He wanted to sign me at Manchester City and now I am finally here with him at QPR.

"He wants to achieve big things here - that was all I needed to hear from him."

Rangers have paid Lazio an undisclosed fee for French international.
