QPR suffer a four-goal loss in their first game back in the Premier League.

Bolton Wanderers have started their new campaign with a convincing four-goal victory over newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road.

Gary Cahill put the away side ahead during the first half’s injury time with a long-range strike assisted by debutant Chris Eagles.

Daniel Gabbidon handed the visitors a further lead with an own goal in the 67th minute, before Ivan Klasnic hit home three minutes later.

Fabrice Muamba further assured a comprehensive victory with the help of Klasnic with little over ten minutes to play.

QPR will face Everton away next Saturday, while Bolton host Manchester City the following day.
