Queens Park Rangers and Anton Ferdinand will hold further talks this afternoon regarding the alleged racist comments that John Terry made to the centre-back on Sunday.
Ferdinand is believed to have discussed the matter with QPR manager Neil Warnock this morning, before heading out to take part in training session with his teammates.
However, according to BBC Sport, those talks were not concluded and will continue later today.
England and Chelsea captain Terry has denied any wrongdoing during his side's 1-0 loss at Loftus Road.
The Metropolitan Police have also confirmed that they are investigating the incident following a complaint from a member of the public.
