Queens Park Rangers are reportedly thinking about appointing Chris Ramsey as their manager until the end of the season.
The 52-year-old has taken charge on a temporary basis following the resignation of Harry Redknapp last week.
The Loftus Road club were widely expected to appoint Tim Sherwood as manager, but talks with the former Tottenham Hotspur boss broke down.
It was then thought that former Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup would take charge, but the Dane has since distanced himself from the role.
Ramsey led QPR to their first away points of the Premier League season on Tuesday night with a 2-0 win at relegation rivals Sunderland.
According to The Guardian, Ramsey has impressed senior figures at the club since taking charge, with the players having bought into his ideas on the training pitch and the team looking organised in matches.
Ramsey has reiterated that he would be interested in taking the job on a full-time basis.
