Fenerbahce have announced that Phillip Cocu has been appointed as the club's new boss on a three-year contract.
Cocu led PSV to the Eredivisie title last season, but the former Netherlands international has decided to bring to an end his five-year spell with the Dutch club.
The arrival of Cocu could lead to the signing of Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel after the 47-year-old worked with the playmaker at PSV during the most recent campaign.
Cocu's move to Fenerbahce has resulted in PSV replacing him with Mark van Bommel, who had two spells with the club during his playing career.
Van Bommel is currently acting as assistant to Bert van Marwijk with Australia and will begin his new role after the Socceroos' participation at the World Cup comes to an end.
