Former Leicester City midfielder Esteban Cambiasso has signed a two-year contract with Greek champions Olympiacos after rejecting a new deal with the Premier League side.
The ex-Real Madrid and Inter Milan player spent last year with the Foxes, but announced that he had decided not to extend his stay with the club shortly after Nigel Pearson's departure.
The 34-year-old Argentine told his new club's website: "I am ready to help, to do what I did in the other clubs I played for, to help Olympiacos achieve better results, something we all want.
"I hope we will play as many matches as we can in the Champions League. Everyone is happy that Olympiacos participates in this competition. So am I, I am first of all happy that Olympiacos will play in the Champions League and am also happy that I will participate in it."
Cambiasso won the Champions League with Inter in 2010, having also won five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italia titles and the FIFA Club World Cup with the Italian side.
