Sky Bet Football League Transfer Fund reopens

Sky Bet reopens the Football League Transfer Fund, which gives supporters the chance to earn their club £250,00 to spend on signings.

Sky Bet has relaunched the Transfer Fund which gives Football League fans the chance to win £250,000 for their club to spend in the summer transfer window.

The first Transfer Fund saw Nottingham Forest fan Shaun Lander win the cash for his club to spend in January, but they were only able to use it on loan additions as they are ironically under an embargo for breaking Financial Fair Play regulations.

Sky Sports News presenter and Sky Bet Transfer Fund ambassador Jim White said: "The Sky Bet Transfer Fund gives Football League fans an amazing opportunity to make a real difference to their club."

Each time a fan spends £1 on Sky Bet, they earn a token for their club which could result in them winning the prize in July. The lucky supporter also wins £5,000 for themselves as well as landing their club the spending money.
