PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen says that a transfer to Norwich City is still an option for him.

PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen has not yet ruled out a move to Norwich City.

The Canaries agreed a deal with the Eredivisie outfit in June, but the Swedish striker said that he needed time to decide his future.

The deal has now gone cold but the 27-year-old may have once again spiked manager Chris Hughton's interest by suggesting that he is still considering a switch to Carrow Road.

"I did not say definitively [Norwich] was no longer an option," he told Voetbal International. "I want to take my time, I do not hurry."

Toivonen has scored 59 goals in 125 league appearances for PSV.
