Norwich City boss Chris Hughton has said that his side were worthy winners as they ran out 1-0 victors over Crystal Palace in the Premier League earlier this afternoon.
A solitary goal from Gary Hooper led new Palace boss Tony Pulis to a defeat in his first game in charge at the now bottom-placed club.
"Our first-half performance was very good and I thought we were worthy winners. It feels like a big win. We scored a very good goal, a very composed goal," Hughton told reporters after the game.
"But you know against a team like Palace you know they're fighting for their lives so there can be some scary moments.
"It's a results business, and on the back of a good result there's always a good feel."
Norwich sit in 14th position in the Premier League table following their victory.
