Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's League One action, where there were wins for all of the top three.

Charlton Athletic moved a step closer to securing automatic promotion with a 1-0 win over Oldham Athletic this afternoon.

Both sides went down to 10 men when the scores were goalless but Yann Kermorgant found a decisive goal for the League One leaders.

The Addicks' closest rivals, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday were also victorious over Bournemouth and Huddersfield Town respectively.

Ched Evans and Richard Cresswell goals gave United a 2-1 win at Bramall Lane while their Steel City rivals beat the Terriers courtesy of goals from Miguel Llera and Nile Ranger.

Meanwhile Chesterfield look to be heading in the opposite direction after their 3-2 loss at Walsall left them thirteen points clear of safety.

A 90th-minute strike from Bailey Wright earned Preston North End a 1-1 draw with MK Dons, while Brentford boosted their playoff chances with a 3-0 victory over Bury.

League One: Brentford 3-0 Bury; Huddersfield 0-2 Sheffield Wednesday; Oldham 0-1 Charlton; Preston 1-1 MK Dons; Sheffield United 2-1 Bournemouth; Walsall 3-2 Chesterfield; Yeovil 3-1 Rochdale.
